　　Job Summary：

　　We are looking for a Software Test Engineer who will be providing test support on the project agreements.

　　Responsibilities:

　　· To Analyze the Requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

　　· Create test plans and test cases from feature descriptions and to test the functionality as per the Test plan and respective test cases.

　　· To Report & track bugs/Issues in bug/Requirement tracking tool.

　　· To understand testing issues/problems and take initiatives to resolve.

　　· To co-ordinate with team members and interact with various stake holders for updates.

　　· To Analyze the results of the test procedures and test scripts

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering. Background of Electronics/Instrumentation – Preferable.

　　Key Competencies:

　　· 2-4 years of relevant experience.

　　· Good understanding of Embedded Systems.

　　· Worked on communication protocols like CAN, MODBUS, Serial port, rs232/485.

　　· Hands on experience or knowledge in Test Automation Equipment for Embedded Systems - Preferably Python Scripting.

　　· Good knowledge on Software Test Life Cycle Process and Test Methodologies.

　　· Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.

　　· Good Analytical and Logical thinking skills; Knowledge about bug life cycle and Test management tools
