Job Description: 

　　As an Email/Communications Specialist at Botkeeper, you will be at the forefront of shaping our external and internal communication strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to manage diverse email campaigns and ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication within our organization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive engagement.

　　Develop and maintain a consistent voice and messaging across all email communications.

　　Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate internal communications.

　　Analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.

　　Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies to target different audience segments effectively.

　　Design and execute intricate email marketing campaigns, including workflows, drip campaigns, and targeted communications for various audience segments.

　　Develop and oversee a comprehensive internal communications strategy, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information within the organization.

　　Collaborate with different departments to gather content and create a unified voice across all email communications.

　　Implement segmentation and personalization tactics to increase engagement and effectiveness of both external and internal email campaigns.

　　Monitor and analyze the performance of email initiatives, using insights to continually refine and optimize communication strategies.

　　Manage the internal communication channels, such as intranet, newsletters, or employee engagement platforms, ensuring that they are effective tools for internal information sharing and collaboration.

　　Stay abreast of the latest trends in email marketing and internal communications, incorporating best practices to enhance our communication efforts.

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience in email marketing, demonstrating proficiency in crafting and managing complex email campaigns, including workflows, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies.

　　Strong experience in internal communications, with a track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies within an organization.

　　Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-specific content.

　　Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and internal communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, intranet platforms).

　　Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data and metrics to guide email marketing strategies and measure the effectiveness of internal communications.

　　Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

　　Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.

　　Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

　　Understanding of best practices in email compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).

　　Salary Range:
