Electronic Controls Technician Seneca Foods in Glencoe, MN is currently seeking an Electronic Controls Technician to join our team. The Electronic Controls Technician will have the ability to operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair the electrical control programs throughout the facility. Responsibilities: Install & maintain plant equipment to meet specs and regulations. Maintain cost control over equipment for budget purposes Maintenance in other areas of the facility when needed Repair & trouble shooting of electrical wiring, PLC's, controllers, lighting controls and electrical motors in a production environment. Ensure that GMP's (General manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced Maintain a relationship with local power company Assist IT Admin with daily, weekly and monthly tasks Installation of PLC equipment Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Related Two-year college degree and/or a minumum of 3 years of PLC experience and programming Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good electical knowledge Advanced computer skills Willingness and ability to work in a team environment Strong communication skills Seneca Foods Corporation is committed to providing equal opportunity for all, through a positive and continuing affirmative action program.
