The Position: We\'relooking for someone to work as a seasonal Aggregate Sales Dispatcher toorganize customer orders and dispatch trucks for aggregate sales as itpertains to various aggregate sites. Role and Responsibilities: Takeaggregate orders and handle customer inquiries regarding products forvarious sites Answer phones and route calls in support of commercialaggregate sales and operations Generate and communicate sales orders asneeded to scale personnel and finance department Reconcile, correct, andupload aggregate tickets for commercial aggregate sites Generate,communicate, and route pricing as needed to customers Weigh and ticketincoming and outgoing truck loads Print tickets and handle customerissues during sale process Perform general clerical duties or otherrecord keeping as required Provide administrative support to the SiteManagers and quarry staff Handle cash transactions and process cashdeposit slips. Administer site-specific training or information asneeded Performs other related duties as required and assigned This is afull-time, seasonal position with the heaviest activity approximatelyMid-April to November, depending on weather and workload.
