Job descriptionTHE ELECTRICAL FOREMANS primary role is to assure that projects are constructed on time, on budget, and are per the schemes, terms, and revisions. This includes the management and delivery of all material, equipment, and labor ahead of the scheduled task in addition to the administration and training of electricians and apprentices on the project. This Foreman will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial and industrial projects within the Jefferson City (and/or) Columbia, MO region.

　　Our field leadership, such as Foreman and Lead Foreman, are accountable for directing our electrical teams on site. This includes but is not limited to being well versed and having strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and a profound dedication for safety, training, development and commitment to excellence.The Foreman will oversee the successful completion of all projects assigned by meeting and/or exceeding the companys median under budget margin on labor, non-quoted material and DJEs and assist in communication between all parties.Support the Project Manager, Estimator and Vice-President in company standing with project clients and build great working partnershipsResponsibilities

　　Lead by example and ability to motivate crews to consistently meet or exceed resultsAbility and willingness to work overtime as requiredConsistently completes projects on time, within budget, and in a safe mannerRecognized for building customer rapport quickly and maintaining strong customer relationsRegularly administers and encourages workplace safety procedures are met (weekly toolbox huddles, weekly safety audits)Exhibits capacity to complete basic paperwork (i.e., foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase order logs, time cards, etc.) in a timely mannerExperienced in Commercial and Industrial Electrical workSkills/Experience

　　Journeyman Electrician: 8 yearsSome experience with PLCs, Controls, VFDs and Soft StartsQualificationsRequirements:

　　Between the hours of 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on client demands and projects.Computer Skills:
