This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital East campus.

　　Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with our Sleep Medicine group at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN.

　　· Full time Monday through Friday schedule

　　· No call or weekends

　　· Outpatient only

　　· Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)

　　Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
