Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician to support our Anoka HOFFMAN Operations on our overnights / 3rd shift.Complete day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor process improvements for the facility and production equipment at both Anoka locations. In addition to the normal everyday tasks: maintaining, testing, and assisting contractors with the servicing equipment and systems are a critical part of the objectives/responsibly of this position. The ideal candidate will have: MN Electrician (Journeyman's) License preferred Electrician License within 30 days preferred. Complete daily Mechanical Maintenance duties in addition to Electrical responsibilities Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environment preferred Electric/mechanical maintenance experience preferred Ability to work overnight shifts Pay TransparencynVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employees pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.CompensationStarting at up to $41.00/hour with $2.00 shift differential.
