　　Installs, diagnoses, services and repairs electrical equipment.```{=html}

　　```2. Applies knowledge and ability to use hand tools and operate test equipment such as test meters, wattmeters, ammeters, voltmeters or ohmmeters according to established procedures.

　　```3. Reads and understands wiring diagrams to trace electrical circuits and ensures proper operation according to manufacturer's specifications.

　　```4. Examines electrical equipment during operating cycles to detect excess vibration, overheating, fluid leaks, and loose, noisy or non-functioning parts.

　　```5. Calibrates timers and thermostats, and adjusts contact points as indicated.

　　```6. Replaces worn or defective parts such as switches, pumps, motors, bearings, transmissions, belts, gears, heating elements and defective wiring.

　　```7. Orders additional parts for repairs and schedules return service calls according to the individual parts scheduling report as needed.

　　```8. Maintains appropriate communication with the office to ensure efficient and timely service.

　　```9. Completes and submits service documentation each day with the relevant service/billing information.

　　```10. Provides research for part prices/availability, manufacturer's specifications, warranty status, estimate approval or other related items for customers as required.

　　```12. Maintains a professional manner to enhance the company's image with customers.

　　```13. Determines and explains nature/cost of repairs to customers in a clear manner to avoid miscommunication, and review service orders with customers for signature approval.
