Accountabilities**
Accountable for providing leadership in support of the safety journey and the company's goal of achieving an injury-free workplace.Accountable/responsible for EHS, MOC, GMP, and QC compliance.Accountable for continuous improvement in workplace safety by promptly addressing the root causes of OIIs or near misses, conducting safety meetings, promptly addressing safety concerns raised by employees, and leading by example.Accountable/responsible for meeting business targets in area of responsibility.Accountable/responsible for providing supervision, leadership, and coaching to employees in area of responsibility.Accountable/responsible for schedule compliance, labor efficiency, and overtime.Ensures adherence to standard work processes (MEWP).Establishes and ensures achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs).Accountable/responsible for instrumentation and electrical technical support.Accountable for power distribution.Accountable for PLC maintenance (troubleshooting & PM).Accountable/responsible for safety and quality of repairs.Accountable for electrical instrumentation services.Accountable for electrical motors troubleshooting.Accountable/responsible for managing elevators maintenance (repairs & PM).
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring parts are withdrawn properly.Responsible for compliance with the electrical safety standards at the site.Responsible for procedure development/documentation (SOPs).Responsible for impacting electrical and instrument equipment uptime.Responsible for impacting PM compliance.Responsible for schedule compliance.Responsible for managing labor efficiency.Responsible for people development, training, and competencies.Works closely with Production Supervisors and Operators for troubleshooting purposes and Project Engineers for new project design (i.e., reliability in design) and implementation.Responsible for managing the electrical shop housekeeping.Responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and legality of all product and ensuring employees do likewise.Ensures materials and people are available to complete scheduled and unscheduled work.
