Description:

　　What You’ll Be Doing: • Leading a team developing a family of market leading consumer products • Developing product requirements – electrical, software and standards body compliance • Lead and develop the systems and electrical architecture, documenting using Atlassian based tools • Guiding design, development, testing, and deployment activities • Coordinating with mechanical, software, and other engineering disciplines • Working as the lead technical representative of the cross-functional project teams along with our product, PMO, supply chain, quality and other teams • Actively managing technical risks, communicating & alleviating issues in time to project team members, and collaborate to find solutions • Define and maintain the schedules of the work products of the engineering resources or contract resources on the program, ensuring metrics-driven design quality • Provide leadership, mentor junior engineers and hands-on help to the team in regular investigations and debugs as needed
