To further BlueOrigin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space,we are building the sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew andcargo from earth to the Lunar Surface.We are a diverse team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers who arerelentlessly committed to a culture of safety. This position will directlyimpact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment anddetailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. Join us inlowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin's vision ofmillions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.As part of a diverse and hardworking team, you will contribute to the designof the Electrical Power System (EPS) for future space vehicles. EPS scopeincludes power generation, storage, regulation, control, anddistribution to vehicle subsystems and payloads. This position will directlyimpact the history of space exploration, and your dedicated commitment anddetailed attention will further the cause of safe and repeatable spaceflight.In this role, you will support Electrical Power System requirementsdefinition, decomposition, ConOps development, interface definition,and traceability of requirements across all hardware levels to ensure the EPSis built for safe and reliable operations in space. You will also representyour system in cross-functional trades and impact studies for architecturesand vehicles that you support. You should expect that this foundational partof our vision will require excellent communication and teamwork.You will work directly with NASA and our National Team Partners as part of theHuman Landing System (HLS) Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program.You will play a key role in developing the Lunar Transportation system thatwill return humans to the Moon and extend human presence permanently beyondthe bounds of Earth.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadershipskills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe humanspaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Allocate and decompose vehicle functions and requirements to the ElectricalPower System, and derive requirements where appropriateWork directly within integrated environments such as JAMA, DOORS, andDOORS Next Gen to manage requirements traceabilityWork with hardware responsible engineers to develop hardware requirements andinterface control definitionsSupport the alignment, documentation, and consistent implementation ofLunar Permanence System engineering practices across applicable projectsSupport system and lower-level requirements management, including changecontrol, audits, and coordination...
