Performing the Mechanical and Electricalassembly of equipment including cable trays, pulling cable and wires,running conduit, installing drives and motors, mechanical componentassembles, hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies, frame assembly and muchmore. This position serves to support manufacturing operations in theform of maximizing production output via expedient machine assembly andreports to the Director of Operations. Good troubleshooting ability,manual dexterity, and ability to read and comprehend schematics andblueprints. Experience building from prints/solid models Strongelectrical and mechanical skills. Must be familiar with AC, DC, lowvoltage, and 480V, equipment as required. Electrical work would includemachine and control panel wiring Must be able to perform the jobfunctions including climbing ladders and working with aerial platformswhen needed. Quality conscious individual with good written, verbal andinterpersonal communication skills Position requires a team player whois quality conscious and detail oriented. Understanding of Hydraulic andPneumatic systems. Must be able to read electrical schematics Programand troubleshoot PLC\'s. Ability to lift 50 lbs Experience with shoptools.
