Description:

　　Responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining of highly technical and automated equipment.

　　This equipment includes: fillers, case packers, and palletizers, process systems, ammonia refrigeration equipment, high-pressure boilers, air compressors, and other building utilities.

　　Working with 480v, single and three phase, low voltage controls, PLC’s, VFD’s, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, switches, photo eyes, etc.

　　Must have strong electrical background in Industrial Electrical Controls (Frequency drives, PLC’s, Servo’s) as well as Mechanical abilities and Shift Leader potential.

　　Working with Allen Bradley PLC’s, including SLC 500, PLC 5 and Logix 5000 (troubleshooting and program understanding).

　　Understanding electrical schematics and documentation.

　　Familiar with conveyors, palletizing equipment, case packers, pumps, gearbox’s, etc.

　　Strong Mechanical Aptitude • Good decision making skills and self-motivated.

　　Good attitude and able to work in a Team Environment.

　　Utilities – Boilers, Air Compressors and Ammonia Refrigeration, Waste Water Systems.
