　　Duties:- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.- Utilize software to create detailed estimates and proposals.- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges or opportunities.- Research and source materials, equipment, and labor costs to ensure accurate pricing.- Prepare detailed take-offs and quantity surveys for various construction trades.- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.Proficiency in using estimating software.Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.Excellent mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations.Familiarity with electrical systems and the National Electrical Code (NEC) is a plus.Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
