We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer with a strong background in power electronics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing electronic circuits, components, and integrated systems, leveraging advanced material properties. This role involves collaboration with principal architects to understand product specifications and EE architecture designs, leading the development and implementation of product architectures, and ensuring compliance with standards.
As a key representative in technical discussions, you will work closely with Project Managers on design quotations, provide technical insights to mitigate project risks, and oversee the EE design process. With your leadership experience, you will guide an EE team through successful design projects, from circuit/schematic design to component selection and layout for analog and digital embedded systems.
This position also involves evaluating electronic systems, recommending design modifications, reviewing design quality, utilizing engineering software for tasks, monitoring product delivery, contributing to test plans and specifications, and managing vendor and manufacturer relationships. You will be expected to stay current with technology trends to deliver competitive and cost-effective designs, define potential R&D project proposals, and develop patents or technical publications as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
5+ years of professional experience in power electronics
Extensive knowledge in AC/DC, DC/AC, and DC/DC power conversion, power supply, grid-connected inverters, and energy storage systems (ESS)
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in managing tasks and leading design efforts
Experience with embedded systems, various communication protocols, and sensor design
Proven ability in testing, debugging, and validating designs
