Job Title: Electronics Assembler

　　Location: Kanata

　　Job Type: Full-Time

　　Job Description:

　　We are currently seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our team in Kanata. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics assembly, with a preference for PCB board assembly experience. The role will primarily involve electronics assembly, soldering, crimping, wire assembly, and mechanical assembly using manual power tools and a drill press.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform electronics assembly, including soldering and crimping

　　Wire assembly for electrical components

　　Utilize mechanical assembly skills, including the use of hand tools, drill press, glue gun, etc.

　　Follow build designs accurately and assemble entire units as specified

　　Work in the NPI lab with various areas and stations depending on the build

　　Maintain a clean and organized workstation

　　Adhere to quality standards and procedures

　　Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

　　Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum of 2 years of electronics assembly experience

　　Experience in soldering, particularly with SMT boards

　　Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and comfortable using manual power tools and a drill press

　　Familiarity with crimping and wire assembly techniques

　　Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination

　　Ability to interpret build designs and follow instructions accurately

　　Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

　　Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
