PortagePointe is a beautiful Eden Alternative home for 60 Elders from our community. There are 5 different homes where CNA’s have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Elders through engaging in daily care, eating with elders, walking in the beautiful garden, and participating in activities in and outside our homes, providing encouragement for each Elder to reach their maximum functional ability.
