　　Qualifications

　　Applicants with various years of experience are invited to apply, seeking consultants with anywhere between 2-10 years of experience.

　　Applicant must have the following experience:

　　Minimum 2 years MEDITECH experience

　　Must have strong MEDITECH Pharmacy knowledge

　　Must be able to communicate clearly and be self-directed

　　Ability to effectively communicate to Project Leadership

　　Strong consulting background

　　Strong leadership skills

　　Providing expert guidance for Integration Development

　　Reviewing customer requirements, performing analysis, designing and documenting current state and future state workflows

　　Maintain regular communication with client, vendor, team members and team leaders regarding project issues, risks, and needs

　　Classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections

　　Eligible applicants will meet the below requirements:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

　　Current U.S. work authorization

　　Interest in applying technology systems to business processes

　　Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

　　Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products

　　The estimated base hourly range for this job is $50.00 to $150.00. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
