DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Summary:As an E I&C Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for a range of projects. This position requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a passion for staying abreast of the latest advancements in E I&C technology.
Your Role:* Design, develop, and implement electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.* Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.* Integrate and configure various instrumentation devices, sensors, and control elements into comprehensive control systems.* Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration with overall project requirements.* Develop and implement control system software, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and DCS (Distributed Control System) programming.* Configure Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems for effective monitoring and control.* Conduct thorough testing and validation of E I&C systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety.* Participate in on-site commissioning activities and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.* Provide ongoing support for installed E I&C systems and implementing upgrades as needed.* Analyze system performance data and propose optimizations for efficiency and reliability.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of E I&C designs, configurations, and modifications.* Generate technical reports and provide regular project status updates.
Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or a related field.* Proven experience in designing and implementing E I&C systems for industrial projects.* Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices.* Proficiency in PLC and DCS programming languages and HMI configuration.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.* Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
