Iteris is seeking an Incident Management Operations (IMO) Operator to support our 24-hour Traffic Operations Center. Using cutting-edge technology, the ideal candidate will be monitoring traffic incidents across North America. We are currently hiring for evening shifts from 1:30pm - 9:30pm EST.What you will be doing:Proactively enter, edit, and monitor traffic incident information derived from Iteris data feeds, live traffic probes, review of cameras, online traffic reports, social and commercial media, police/fire scanners, and other sourcesCommunicate with local agencies regarding traffic incident informationReport Iteris system performance and feed reliability issuesDocument and maintain traffic incident records as requiredOther tasks as may emerge from time to timeWhat you need to be successful in this role:High School Diploma/Equivalent requiredExperience using Windows, MS Office, and popular mapping applications/services a plusSome experience [about 1 year] relating to position [i.e. operations center, IT/Helpdesk, or quality assurance roles] a plusIteris anticipates paying between $18.00 and $21.00 for this role.
