This position will work closely with all functional areas toensure that all parties understand compliance requirements and to ensurethey are maintained. This position will engage all employees andeffectively lead in a behavior-based safety approach to maximizeemployee safety and drive personal accountability. Effectiveness in thisposition will require creative leadership of non-subordinate employeesworking with and through them to maintain facility compliance and drivebehavioral and sustainable. You will: Provide leadership in developing,implementing, and managing Environmental, Health and Safety policies,procedures, programs, and practices.
