This positon is based in our Pittsburgh, PA location, on our the Educational Services team which teaches our Ovation DCS product to customers in the Power Generation and Water/Wastewater Treatment industries. The Ovation DCS automates, monitors, and secures plant equipment used in these large industries. In this position, you will be the face of the Educational Services department, working with both customers and Emerson project managers to ensure project training is utilized efficiently and effectively. You will coordinate, contact, schedule and process payment for customers attending Ovation training.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  Contact & schedule customers for ovation training, maintain a registration database, and respond to customers relating to course schedules and offerings.

  Arrange meetings and greet customers/students. Coordinate with supporting instructors, management, meeting spaces and supplies.

  Coordinate with Project Managers to modify task dates and communicate task completions.

  Create reports on registration, course offerings, and attendance metrics

  Work with Contract Administration to invoice customers and collect payments.

  Maintain student file records, create badge requests, and manage supplies for Educational Services department.

  Support ISO-9001 certification policies, procedures, and audits.

  For This Role, You Will Need:

  High school graduate or equivalent

  2 years' relevant experience - preferably in a secretarial or customer facing position, or equivalent

  Knowledge of Microsoft suite and new technologies

  Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
