JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Ocnwc - Oconomowoc, WIPosition Type Full Time Job Shift 2nd Shift (4 10 hr shifts M-Th4p-2:30a) Description JOB SUMMARY: Sets up, runs, and maintains EDMdrill, RAM EDM, and wire EDM machines. Builds new dies, gages, fixtures,tooling, etc. for basic jobs using tool room equipment such as manuallathes, manual mills, drills, surface grinders, EDMs, and measuringequipment utilizing cost effective measures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: Builds new dies, gages, fixtures, machines, toolingetc. for basic jobs using cost effective methods. Reviews Engineeringsketches and documentation as needed. Operates all tool room equipmentsuch as EDMs, manual lathes, manual mills, surface grinders, drillpresses and various hand tools according to proper operating procedures.Performs assembly operations necessary to complete work. Repairs and/orcleans dies, tooling, fixtures and gages as required to maximize machineup time throughout the company. Coordinates with Supervisor andEngineering Department to complete activities. Sharpens and grindstooling as needed. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity toAce Precision Quality System Work Instruction requirements that governtool room operations. Maintains or exceeds production standards throughorganization, planning and quality workmanship. Follows and complieswith safety rules, regulations, and work instructions. Accuratelycompletes all required documentation. Meets attendance policyrequirements. Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas asneeded.
