Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a part time eDiscovery Paralegal to support in a remote capacity.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with attorneys and IT professionals to manage eDiscovery processes

　　Conduct data collections, preservation, and analysis

　　Utilize eDiscovery software and tools to organize and review electronic documents

　　Assist in drafting legal documents related to eDiscovery, such as discovery requests and responses

　　Stay current on industry trends and advancements in eDiscovery technology

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification

　　Proven experience as an eDiscovery Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department

　　Familiarity with eDiscovery software and tools (Everlaw Required)

　　Strong understanding of legal procedures and document management

　　Excellent organizational and communication skills
