The Opportunity
The Associate Learning Consultant is a client support role accountable for assisting in the aid and development of corporate partnership programs, with a primary focus on small business customer base. This role entails working closely with clients to facilitate the implementation process with corporate learning portals, and successful rollout of online learning programs. The Associate Learning Consultant will build relationships with small business clients by comprehending their needs and having a comprehensive awareness of the market and our products.
What you will do
Identify professional executive education development needs and work with program directors to propose appropriate solutions.Coordinate client program implementation, delivery, orientation, and ongoing assistance to ensure timely project launch and customer satisfactionPartner with appropriate departments to ensure smooth implementation.Aid pilot, first-phase, and small project-based initiatives (typically < $10 revenue)Coordinate system contracting data entryImplement and provide account management services for the professional development solutions within an assigned territory, achieving quarterly and annual quotas[FS1]Deliver effective presentations to client program participantsConduct quarterly customer review calls with contacts to provide program updates and success metricsProvide outstanding communication and customer serviceMaintain customer and student relationshipsDemonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and using Excel functions and formulas.
This remote position will require occasional travel, approximately three times a year.
