We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition via search. Dive into a role that’s central to our brand's growth trajectory where you’ll create and execute search strategies working with the largest retail platforms across the region. Join us, build, and make a mark!
Core Responsibilities
Contribute to commercial growth and user acquisition in APAC via paid levers with a primary focus on retail platform search (e.g. Amazon, Shopee, Lazada)
Ensure operational excellence - Take end-to-end responsibility for search campaigns across planning, activation, optimization, and reporting.
Develop and refine the APAC on-platform search strategy – ensuring relevance for local platforms and nuances.
Drive Test & Learn and champion fast adaptability to trend changes in close collaboration with local markets
Contribute to our ad-tech development – lead day to day relations with existing partners and drive exploration and adoption of new
Liaise with content and merchandising teams to ensure best in class discoverability, flowing insights between paid and organic efforts
Provide succinct, accurate reports on all activities to collaborators
Collaborate with analytics to enhance reporting and measurement functionalities

The APAC eCOM B2B e-commerce team is dedicated to leading our brand, marketing, and e-commerce growth and innovation across the region. The newly established performance marketing team will inhouse critical aspects of our paid acquisition strategies and executon. As a member of this new team, you directly contribute to developing and performing growth strategies pivotal to our commercial delivery in partner eCommerce. This position offers a unique blend of planning and hands-on execution, focusing on driving user acquisition through search in the APAC region.
Our future growth plans are highly related to our ability to elevate our ecommerce capabilities and execution with the largest marketplace platforms in the region. You’ll join a dynamic team, eager to learn, grow and build strong relations with our markets.
Do you have what it takes ?
Bachelor’s degreein Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalentcommercial experience)
Validated experience in digital commerce with particular focus on search
Direct “hands on keyboard” experience with digital media at B2B eCommerce accounts or external media agencies
Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms in APAC, ideally Amazon
Excellent written andverbalcommunication skills;mustbe ableto present data in an organized manner
Stronginterpersonaland networking skills, with the ability to workeffectivelyin a diverse, multicultural environment
Ability and desire to work at both strategic and tactical levels
