Goodwill West Texas is looking to fill an E-Commerce Processing Clerk position.

POSITION SUMMARY: Identify and select donated products for internet sales, thoroughly examine each product to determine the correct condition, manufacturer and other pertinent criteria, take detailed, clear and appropriate photos, write concise, appealing and accurate descriptions necessary to list items available to maximize Goodwill sales and profit margins, and assist in shipping and pulling sold items.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

Sort and process merchandise into appropriate locations.Receive, sort and place materials or items on pre-production inventory shelving.Assist in managing overall inventory and inventory data sheets.Maintain system for record keeping and tracking data as required by supervisor.Receive and process items in a timely manner.Visually inspect and separate items by category.Create a detailed description of item for posting online.Photograph each item for listing.Post item for sale.Categorize merchandise in appropriate storage area.Keep area clean and clear of hazards.Adhere to and enforce all company policies, procedures and practices.Assist other departments as needed.Suggest changes to increase efficiency of department.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of merchandise value such as jewelry, musical instruments, antiques, etc.Ability to research utilizing computer databasesMust be able to follow directionsMust be able to recognize numbersMust be able to safely lift and carry up to 30 lbsStanding, bending, stooping, twisting and walking requiredEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
