　　In this position, you will report to the Regional President Northern and Eastern Europe. What is particularly attractive about this job is the variety of topics and the cooperation with all departments.

　　You will be mainly responsible for the sales of robots through our different channels managed by a team of – today – 13 people active throughout the region. You can live everywhere in the region.

　　These challenges await you:

　　Management and further development of our sales team

　　Close cooperation with other regional functions like Marketing and Application Engineering, as well as global departments

　　Translating the global strategy into an effective local implementation plan

　　Work closely with channel partners and system integrators to achieve both short- and long-term goals

　　Representing Universal Robots at trade fairs/events as well as at workshops and product demos at customer meetings

　　Regular monitoring and reporting on activities based on predefined processes and tools

　　What you need to succeed:

　　You have relevant experience in business development, especially in the field of robotics or automation

　　You have relevant experience in a leadership role

　　You have successfully completed a technical or commercial degree

　　You enjoy approaching people and working in a dynamic environment

　　You are characterized by a customer-oriented approach and an analytical mindset

　　You see yourself as a team player who supports your colleagues at all times to achieve the common goal

　　You value outstanding cooperation across all departments and bring an understanding of cultural diversity, empathy and tolerance

　　Fluent in German and English
