The E-Commerce Merchandiser is responsible for various operational duties within the larger North America D2C E-Com team (SteelSeries.com/.ca). The candidate will manage a mix of operational responsibilities and work closely with internal stakeholders (Commercial Ops, Logistics, Supply, Digital, CS, Finance teams) and external service providers (Salesforce/Shopify, Channel Advisor, Global-E etc.).
Key responsibilities:
Creation and maintenance of price-books, coupons/vouchers, execution of promotional campaigns
Execution of product launches and related system setups
End-to-end responsibility of order monitoring to ensure on-time order commitment and flagging of fraudulent orders (fixing system related bugs, handle 3PL Logistics related delays).
Partner with customer support to ensure proper information flow throughout the order to fulfilment to delivery process; enhance customer support and experience generating toolboxes and guidelines with the aim of constantly increasing revenue.
Key liaison for communication of promotions, campaigns, site placement requests with internal departments (Email, Chat, ECM, Customer Service, Affiliates agency).
Key point-of-contact for all e-com operations related matters with 3PL Logistics (capacity planning, weekly meetings, on-time performance monitoring).
Execution of sales demand forecast uploads in to planning system (Rapid Response)
Expansion and Maintenance of Employee Purchase Programs (adding new domains, update product catalogue, pricing).
Full ownership of reporting, performance analysis, not limited to Promotional Campaigns, Employee Purchase Programs, Chat/Store Support and other Voucher Redemptions, Refurbished Products Sale, Order Backlog etc.
Support ad-hoc business requests and projects, assist platform enhancements, work with business and IT teams to help develop test cases, user stories, bug fixes to execute flawless launch.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
1-3 years of professional experience as an E-Com Coordinator/Merchandiser or similar relevant E-Com experience at a medium/large corporation
Intermediate Excel skills, familiarity of working with large data from multiple sources (VLOOKUP, pivots, other intermediate level formulas).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and shift priorities based on business needs.
Experience with cloud-based CRM software Salesforce/Shopify is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics, Marketing, Finance, or other degree with relevant work experience.
