SET THE COURSE

The eCommerce Intern will be a part of the eCommerce team helping deliver a best-in-class digital experience for our Tommy Bahama guest. This role supports digital merchandising activities, site production processes, business, and site analytics. The Intern will have the opportunity to interact with teams involved in Creative Design and Messaging, Marketing, Imagery and Buying.
The Internship will last approximately 8 weeks during 2024 summer break timeframe: Running from June 17th, 2024, and ending August 9th, 2024.
This is a paid internship opportunity.

Pay for the role will be $24 an hour.
BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
Develop an understanding of digital merchandising best practices and process.
Assist with daily and seasonal merchandising duties.
Assist with seasonal Spring ’25 product marketing campaign creation.
Assist with Holiday ‘24 site content & imagery planning.
Assists Digital Merchants and Production with site QA.
Learn and utilize Adobe Analytics and Hybris to assist with Monthly business reporting and analysis.
Assist with digital guest engagement insight presentations to Creative and Marketing stakeholders.
Develop an understanding the site production process from kick-off to product detail photography management to building site content.
Assist with Ratings and Reviews program responses and analysis
Assist with photography audits and checklist
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
An expected graduation date of December 2023 or Spring/Summer 2024 in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Design, or related degree preferred
Digital-savvy has passion for product, digital shopping, digital experience.
Learns new computer programs or skills quickly.
Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc. a plus.
Self-starter attitude and the ability to be a team player within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Strong information seeking-skills and a drive to make things happen
Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
