About EC Sales Manager, PDD

　　建立高速增长个人健康产品线在新渠道销售和市场；同时推进飞利浦数字化转型之旅，让飞利浦发展成为健康科技的全球领导者。

　　您的职责是：

　　负责PDD经销商管理，推进执行及完成各项绩效目标

　　负责PDD店铺运营，根据年度/月度销售目标制定店铺运营方案，提高入店流量，增大点击率和浏览量，转化率

　　配合公司机制，把握店铺营销活动节奏，跟进落实平台活动资源或百亿补贴资源等

　　了解行业及竞品数据，结合自身数据分类整理分析，如销售现状、推广模式、市场策略等及时提出改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案

　　负责PDD渠道的费用管理及营销活动的执行，提升ROI

　　您隶属部门的架构和文化

　　PDD团队，该团队负责飞利浦个人健康产品线所有品类在新渠道的销售；这是一个多元化的多职能团队，拥有专业、活泼的工作文化氛围。您将向高级经理报告，并与其他多个团队有紧密的合作。与您合作的同事包括，市场，财务等部门。

　　要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验

　　大学本科，良好中英文读写与沟通能力

　　3年以上拼多多运营相关经验（有拼多多电商运营成功案例经验优先）

　　具备打造爆款的相关经验，并熟悉拼多多推广工具实践经验，精通推广工具和KPI 考核标准

　　具备较好的内驱力及有效组织协调平台资源的能力，善于整合资源、创新经营思想，对目标执着并有极好的成果导向

　　有较强的责任心和团队合作精神，性格外向，具备商务谈判能力，社交能力强

　　熟练的PPT能力和excel技巧
