　　This Opportunity

　　WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time Early Career Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Leader for our Troy, New York office. Be involved in projects with our Bridge Inspection Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

　　Your Impact

　　Review previous inspection reports and plan field operations

　　Perform inspection work and complete inspection reports under the supervision of a Team Leader

　　Enforce safe operations in field

　　Technical compliance

　　Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

　　Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

　　Who You Are

　　Required Qualifications

　　BS in Civil Engineering required; Masters preferred

　　Have 0 - 1 year of bridge experience in design, construction, inspection or other bridge engineering-related work

　　Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

　　Physically capable of performing continuous field work including working at heights and in close quarters, climbing, carrying ladders and gear, working in adverse weather conditions, etc.

　　Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

　　Valid, unrestricted driver license. Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Engineer in Training Certification.

　　Prior internship related to the degree of study and the specific engineering discipline.

　　A member of and/or actively participate in local professional practice organizations.

　　Compensation and Benefits:

　　WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.

　　Expected Salary: $55,400 - $91,300
