　　As a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, you play an essential role in developing effective business processes to help your clients improve their processes on customer engagement, sales, service, marketing, field service, and custom applications on Power Platform. You are as comfortable working with your team as you are designing and implementing business processes and measuring their effectiveness.

　　What you'll do

　　Work closely with clients to understand and define their business processes and requirements.

　　Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design specifications.

　　Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the solution.

　　Assist in testing the solution to ensure it meets the business requirements.

　　Provide training and support to end users.

　　Support sales activities.

　　Travel as required.

　　Skills and experiences:

　　A minimum of two years of experience in a business analyst or functional consultant role.

　　Experience with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is preferred but not absolutely essential

　　Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications.

　　Familiarity with Agile methodologies

　　Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively.

　　Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of industry-standard business practices.
