　　Our hotel features an award-winning rooftop bar & terrace, pop-up restaurant Eastwood Beer & Grill, a Lobby Bar including our own in-house library, our own Eastwood Coffee Store, Amsterdam's most extensive breakfast buffet, fifteen versatile meeting rooms and 557 guest rooms.

　　Exciting news! Our hotel is in the midst of an extensive renovation, including the rebranding and repositioning of all Food & Beverage outlets throughout 2024. LuminAir, our rooftop bar, has already undergone an impressive rebrand and has reopened in June 2023. Stay tuned for further enhancements, including the redesign of our room inventory, as part of this comprehensive project!

　　Safety & Security, Smooth Operations, Shiny and Service, are the 4 pillars you will work with every day to ensure the optimal guest experience.

　　In short, as Duty Management Trainee , you will be at the heart of the daily operations and ensure that every guest leaves the hotel satisfied and happy to return. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for maintaining our service standards and making our guests' lives easier. To do this, you will work closely with all departments in the hotel to come up with creative ways to exceed our guests' expectations. In addition, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of all guests and colleagues. You will ensure a safe emergency exit route and respond to fire alarms, unusual situations and accidents. In short, you are the first responder within the hotel.
