　　Job Requirements

　　Maintain standards set forth by the department such as: tool lists, vehicle organization, and standard material stock.

　　The ability to learn quickly and think abstractly to solve issues on the job.

　　Basic mechanical ability to perform the job duty.

　　Basic knowledge of and ability to provide a clean work environment while taking the additional steps to set the standard for cleaning services.

　　Basic knowledge of, or willing to learn the basics of the HVAC systems they will be working on

　　Has low incident of warranty work, through efficiency; preventing lost time and lost revenue.

　　Responsible for running, repairing and maintaining all duct cleaning equipment.

　　Build relationships with customers ensuring growth of their personal customer.

　　$33,280 - $62,400

　　*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *
