　　Position Summary Details

　　The Valet/Attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The Valet must be able to operate a stick shift vehicle.

　　Essential Functions

　　Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner

　　Uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary.

　　Quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service

　　Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations

　　Valet Responsibilities

　　Greets customers at service level parking and safely moves vehicle to designated location.

　　Thoroughly inspect and document vehicle for damages upon arrival to Valet Parking.

　　Accurately track tickets and car keys.

　　Perform general cashier duties.

　　Act as flagger or traffic director.

　　Qualifications

　　One year of similar experience preferred

　　Must be 18 Years of Age or Older

　　Must have Valid Driver's License and Pass MVR

　　Must be able to drive manual shift vehicles.
