Description

　　We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a 10 week contact role. This role is HYBRID. 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

　　• Provides to management group regular updates of transactions / events & status of cargo movements.

　　• Monitors and reconciles vendor pick up and delivery updates and communicates these updates back to the operations team/customer where necessary.

　　• Promotes efficiency and safety and maintains legal compliance matters pertaining to Fleet management.

　　• Ensures compliance with state & federal requirements.

　　• Supports product support for TL/LTL/Expedite/etc to promote to new and existing customers.

　　• Serves as a liaison between the operational support functions and trucking vendors to meet internal and customer expectations and KPIS.

　　• Supports operations staff with new and existing vendor compliance and onboarding.

　　• Captures necessary documents to ensure timely customer service and supporting processes.

　　• Handles data entry for shipments obtained from customers, with a high level of accuracy for timing and ratings.
