　　• Hourly pay rate: $16.00

　　What's a typical day as a Document Scanner? You'll be:

　　• Completing production activities related to scanning services based on customer needs

　　• Tracking documents, preparing them for scanning, acquiring images, indexing documents, processing images, and scanning them into appropriate systems/software

　　• Reviewing projects to determine the type of work required

　　• Operating digital imaging equipment to produce images from various source documents

　　• Executing production activities and priorities for customer projects

　　• Examining documents, materials, or products and monitoring work processes for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications

　　• Inspecting and maintaining equipment and supplies necessary for operation

　　• Assisting in planning production commitments or timetables for customer jobs

　　• Monitoring inventory

　　• Performing other duties as assigned

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

　　• Possess working knowledge of software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, or a willingness to learn

　　• Have attention to detail

　　• Can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

　　• Are able to work independently with minimal oversight

　　• Have demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with customers and co-workers

　　• Can lift up to 50 pounds
