Description

　　Renowned Bay Area real estate law firm seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Document Processor to join their dynamic team in our Concord office.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist attorneys with e-filing legal documents

　　Enter data into legal forms with accuracy and attention to detail

　　Type legal documents like summons, complaints, and writs efficiently

　　Communicate with courts to obtain case-related information via phone calls

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

　　Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy

　　Ability to follow instructions and work independently

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word)

　　Experience with legal terminology (a plus)
