　　Job Summary:

　　The quality assurance document controller is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and reviewing all controlled documentation at P&W HMI.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Review and approve all updates to controlled documents for grammar, formatting and compliance to the required templates, regulations, and specifications.

　　Support system wide documentation review and transition to new templates.

　　Manage records retention – scanning records, sending records to 3rd party storage, and help other departments with retention/requirements to maintain compliance.

　　Support the management of calibrated equipment.

　　Support internal and external audits.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　High School degree or equivalent.

　　1+ years' work experience of demonstrated proficiency in writing and editing.

　　Microsoft Office skills required.

　　U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Associate degree in business administration, English, technical writing, or related field

　　Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, quality requirements, and ability to write and review procedures, reports, work instructions, and other similar documents.

　　Ability to manage document schedules so documents are reviewed on time.

　　Microsoft Word Microsoft Office Specialist Certification

　　Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

　　Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
