Document Control Coordinator
Admore Roderick is seeking an experienced Document Control Coordinator to manage, code, store and track and organize all correspondence and documentation for all projects during the design and construction phases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist Project managers to develop documents such as meeting agendas, meeting notes and maintain drawings, specifications, and related items in the system.
· Set up projects in Autodesk Build and/or company file directory.
· Assign proper file index to all incoming/outgoing documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all controlled documents.
· Perform copying and printing functions as required.
· Coordinate team meetings and keep track of correspondence.
· Maintain and update log for each specific project. Tracking timeframes for each submittal, issues, shop drawings, change orders and RFI. Send out reminders to the team and make sure all tasks are executed on or before the due date.
· Assist in maintaining proper work procedures and document flow. Provide project status and reporting.
· During close out:
o Collect and file all O&M documentation, warranties, inspection reports, start-ups/inspection reports, LEED documents, As-built drawings, purchase orders, meeting notes and any other documents for the project.
· Perform general administrative assignments as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
· High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
· 3+ years of related design/construction industry experience preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Experience with Bluebeam and Autodesk Build software preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
· Possess great organizational and trouble shooting skills.
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
· USA Citizenship.
