Description Our dynamic and growing hospitality distribution client is seeking a experienced and results-oriented District Operations Controller to join their team and lead the financial operations in Hayward, CA. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, providing insightful financial analysis, and partnering with leadership to drive strategic decision-making.

　　Responsibilities: Manage a team of three managers and over ten indirect reports of accounting professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and tax compliance. Budgeting and forecasting for multiple locations Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations. Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to management and stakeholders. Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Partner with other departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives and goals. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate risk. Requirements 5+ years of accounting experience in a hospitality or distribution company. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Experience with SAP ERP system is nice to have. Must have expertise with managing large datasets in Excel. Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
