TheDistributor Support Representative I is a key contributor in deliveringGenerac\'s \"Customer First\" promise and is responsible for providingaccurate information, effective communication and issuing resolution totheir customers. They will work daily with post-sales issues such asincorrect billing, return of product and warranty exchanges whilesupporting multiple distribution channels. Essential Duties andResponsibilities: Provide excellent customer service over the phone andvia email communication. Transact credit memos, return requests, nocharge parts, and incorrect billing exchanges. Work cross functionallywith teams to find resolution for the customer. Prioritize and ensuresteady workflow for all assigned distribution channels.
