Full time position, applicant must be able & available and willing to be on call 24hrs/day. Pay range is between $15-$18/hr to start depending on experience. Job duties include but not limited to: maintaining distribution system including servicing of pumps, motors, valves, generators and meters. Review and become familiar with mapping of city lines, become familiar with and utilize City safety guidelines, locate city lines when necessary for contractors and landowners, maintain activity log associated with spare part inventory use, other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must have HS Diploma or GED. be willing to obtain water or sewer distribution certificate within 6 months of hire, experience with using backhoe, excavator adn skid steers, Class D license, able to read schematic drawings at minimal level, able to lift 75+ pounds.
