Description:

　　Utilize the SAP workbench tool to release orders according to dates and customer requirements.

　　Assist with freight quotes for international customers.

　　Assist in assembling orders from other Company locations.

　　Process all assigned inventory, traffic, and shipping activity through SAP to assure timely and accurate inventory and shipment information.

　　Design, configure and print labels while also maintaining and improving the label database.

　　Process inbound receiving documents for inventory items within SAP.

　　Provide oversight, guidance, and quality assurance to the off line production areas.

　　Assist with managing supplies inventories and triggering re-order requests.

　　Act as a back-up to cover responsibilities of other distribution/traffic staff, as requested.

　　Qualifications:

　　Desirable relevant work experience includes warehouse administration.

　　Excellent communication skills both verbally and written including the ability to communicate with all levels of management.

　　Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.

　　Proficient skill of Microsoft Office applications

　　Experience with a tier 1 ERP System, SAP experience preferred.

　　Shift:

　　10:00am - 6:00pm or 1:00pm - 9:00pm
