Position Summary
This position is to assist management with maintaining accurate inventory and delivery systems.
Pay Rate
$20.00/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Check all incoming materials for accurate quantities and descriptions, based on open purchase orders, packing lists, freight bills and bills of lading and enter data into computer.
• Mark freight bills noting any damage or shortage of goods delivered.
• Affix receiver's stamp (LP) and signature to all approved freight bills, bills of lading and packing lists.
• Affix date received and part number to all stock items
• Tag incoming material in proper manner.
• Maintain control files.
• Assist with the verification of inventory
• Maintain accuracy of the Oracle storage location and corresponding physical location
• Ability to learn and assist in development of audit processes and Kanban delivery signals
• Perform cycle counts on inventory
• Maintain storage locations and labeling.
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• 3 years manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read BOM
• Ability to read a receiving schedule
• Must obtain LTO license at Rheem
• Perform inventory transactions using Korber and High Jump
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint within the first 6 months
• Proficient with Oracle inventory applications within the first 6 months
• Ability to review transactions and receipts for anomalies within the first 6 months
• Ability to communicate effectively to employees and management.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
