About Dispute Resolution Manager

　　Key Priorities for this role:

　　Responsible for overall control and governance of receivables within the region

　　Specific overdue management by ensuring effective dunning and suitable claim management procedure

　　Strong collaboration with regional stakeholders in resolving customer disputes

　　To function as SPOC for Government, Key Account Customers within the regions for credit and cash collection topics.

　　Identify risks and opportunities in credit and cash collection topics on a timely basis

　　Monitoring of all KPI's for regional credit and cash collection - Receivables / DSO / TDS / GST TDS / EMD / Bank Guarantees etc

　　Continuous tracking of collections vs targets and conduct adequate reviews with stakeholders to achieve targets

　　Drive special projects to improve and credit and cash collection topics - NACH / TDS Digital initiatives etc
