　　Description

　　We are actively seeking a skilled Disposables Engineering Manager to join our team within the Disposables Operations Department. In this capacity, your responsibilities will encompass:

　　Conducting Root Cause Analysis down to the component level to support our mass production lines.

　　Developing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes.

　　Leading Root Cause Analysis for issues raised by customers/suppliers, including updating test sets and plans, writing test documents, and overseeing their execution.

　　Spearheading the development and enhancement of processes to improve products and reduce costs.

　　Managing the seamless transfer of products from the development phase to production (NPI).

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　Possession of a Bachelor's degree in HW Engineering.

　　System Engineering degree - an added advantage.

　　Proven experience in team leadership.

　　Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting production lines and hardware integration.

　　Expertise in circuit design, knowledge in developing and enhancing product design, and familiarity with software for circuit design.

　　Familiarity with configuration management and control systems, such as Agile.

　　Experience in Magnetics - an additional advantage.

　　Previous exposure to medical and/or multidisciplinary companies - a plus.

　　Proficiency in high-level English, including the ability to draft comprehensive documents.
