We are looking for Disponent - Helpline

You’ll make a difference by

Continuous fleet monitoring including locomotive’s health and coordinating with maintenance planning, PRT operations for prompt resolution of issues.

1st level troubleshooting of locomotive technical / operation issues.

Tracking service tickets raised by operations control center (OCC).

Prompt on-call support to Loco Pilots for timely resolution of technical / operational issue during locomotive operation.

Initiating tickets closure after resolution and coordination with operations control center (OCC) for closure.

Creating service notification based on OCC inputs for on-field intervention issue resolution.

Monitoring of status of tickets, PRT service orders

Maintaining helpline dashboard.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical engineering or equivalent with min. 05 years of working experience.

Min. 03 years of demonstrated experience in Helpline / PRT / troubleshooting / maintenance ofelectric locomotives at system / sub-system level.

Good command of both the spoken and written English language
