Job Description:
Answer all incoming alarm signals through software system according to procedure of urgency
Make high volume outbound calls to premise to the proper contacts and notify law enforcement if necessary
Log information in internal system and ensure alarm systems are reset properly
Prioritize urgency level of incoming alarms and automated notifications

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
6+ months of customer service experience (food service, retail, hospitality, gas stations, etc)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
